Wealth Masters International markets what if refers to as “a holistic approach to wealth, health, and wisdom,” within its educational curriculum—titled the WMI mPower Program—which is designed to coach those with little understanding of the finances and sales on how to grow and protect their assets and eliminate current debt. While their website is light on specifics, it does state that this curriculum is designed to teach purchasers how to build their own Wealth Masters business in direct sales and network marketing, act as consultants to the Wealth Masters International program, grow their income, and protect their money.
Allusions are made to having access to products that others wish to buy, but the products and sales approach is not specified beyond noting that it implements a “simple marketing system”. Profits are placed into three categories: weekly profits on direct sales, monthly profits on team sales 5-tiers deep, and quarterly bonus pool opportunities. There is no in-depth explanation provided on what it takes to see these profits or what these profits might look like. In fact, there was only one mention on the website which even referenced the 5-tiers, so it is unclear what one must do to accumulate these 5-tiers of people beneath you, not does it specify a horizontal limit on the 5-tiers.
The start of the mPower program is their financial literacy series. It is a 4 disc set which connects purchasers with a 30-day online curriculum, entry-level access to their business system, and other smaller benefits. Once completing the mPower program, users can choose to buy up to the M1 Masters Program, the M2 Wealth Conference, and the M3 Private Wealth Group—each step is stated to build on what was learned in the previous steps. There is also the option to simply buy in at the higher levels and gain access to both that level and all that comes before it in the series. The website descriptions for each level are equally vague and tend to state the same selling points, among them “eliminate debt in 8-12 years”, “save over $200,000 in interest payments”, and “plan wisely for large or long-term objectives”.
The main selling point of the Wealth Masters International curriculum is taking part in what they call “The Academy”. The appeal of this aspect of the program is that it is new each month, providing 4 webinars and a newsletter, allowing emerging concerns to be addressed as time goes on. Additionally, members of The Academy are given access to coaching with company advisors on matters such as tax strategies, avoiding scams, and debt reduction. They also note that a free trial of their money management software is included, but it is not on a monthly renew.

About The Founders
Wealth Masters International was founded by Kip Herriage and Karl Bessey. Mr. Herriage accumulated 15 years of experience on Wall Street with an unnamed investment firm prior to forming the company. Despite his stated record of success in his Wall Street job, Mr. Herriage left his position when he felt it was taking a toll on his family. As a result, he sought to start his own company. It is implied that his time working behind the scenes of the financial world provided him with insights that allow him to make financial systems work for the common man.
Karl Bessey, his co-founder, is one of those everymen; he spent 22 years working in coal mines before he decided to pursue a career in marketing. His motivations were similar to that of Harriage—he wanted to give more time to his family and sought a more profitable way to provide for them. He began his work in direct sales and claims to have been promoted over his boss within his first two months on the job. At some point, their two paths crossed and they decided to go into business together.
In addition to his work with Wealth Masters International, Kip Herriage is also the founder and editor of Vertical Research Advisory Newsletter.
