The Breakdown - Company Highlights

Nu Skin is a health and beauty company that’s been going strong in the United States for more than 25 years, and is currently experiencing growth around the world. Since their inception, they have used the network marketing model to promote and sell their products, and this has translated fairly well to the internet and internet marketing. Their products focus on the health and beauty niche, with a specific focus on anti-aging products for their flagship product line, AgeLoc. There’s also a whole variety of nutrition products, weight loss aids, supplements and more.

The opportunity is based mostly on moving product, though you can move more product if you sign up other distributors. You are not paid for the distributors that you sign up, but rather the product that you (and they) can move. The fastest and most immediate way to earn money is to order products for yourself, selling them for a profit of up to 30%. This will immediately put cash in your pocket, and the commission for your sponsors is going to come out of the money that you pay into Nu Skin.

You are also able to earn commissions on your sales and the sales of those below you, based on volume. The more you, and they, sell, the more money you can make. Distributors can earn in these ways:

*As a Distributor, you’re able to make up to 30% profit on the purchases you directly sell.

*Fast Start bonuses are paid when you sell the Fast Start Packages @ $375, giving you an $85 profit plus $50 Fast Start payment.

*5% commission on L1 sales each month.

To sell your Nu Skin products to your internet customers, you’re likely going to need a website.

There was no mention on the website as to whether or not they provided a website for you, but in our experience, most of the opportunities like this do provide websites to their distributors.

The program is about selling, so to succeed you’re going to have to promote your product.

Nu Skin Pricing, Fees, Bonuses And Guarantees

To get started with the opportunity, it’s going to cost an up-front investment of $35, plus $20 each year. It’s also recommended that you set up a standing order, which will help you to earn more points, and provide product that you can sell for your profit. There are no monthly fees, aside from the optional standing order, and the annual fee that was mentioned above. There’s no exit pop-up that will offer a discount, we could find no guarantee on the opportunity, and there are no included bonuses with the Nu Skin system.

About The Founders

Currently, Blake Roney is the Chairman and was the President and CEO, from the company’s founding in 1984 until 1996. He has also been the Vice President since 1984. Lund was an attorney working with a private law firm before he helped found the company.

Quick Summary

Nu Skin is a global health and beauty company, selling their products using the direct marketing method since 1984.

This conveniently evolved to internet marketing when the web became popular, providing another opportunity for marketers to sell something online. They offer what seems to be a pretty comparable compensation plan for their distributors, and they provide a solid product that you can touch, feel and use for yourself.

The opportunity costs $35 to join with a $20 annual fee and a suggested monthly standing order.

The company was founded in 1984 by Blake Roney, Steve Lund and Sandie Tillotson. The company has been growing since it’s founding, and appears to continue on the upward trend.
